Fiber Slack placement creates and snaps vertex on sheath

Creating and assigning fiber slack to specific sheath results in a created vertex on sheath span, snapping center of slack element to that sheath. If additional fiber spans are drawn and design needs to be redrafted , moving sheath will move associated slack with that span AND/OR move the sheath from the vertex point, indicating that slack is associated to that sheath without needing a device review or analyze to verify link data.
