Because 'Save Settings' is a bit of a misnomer, a lot of users tend to think that this will save certain user preference settings. (i.e. - snaps, locks, certain viewing prefs) And don't realize that it actually saves drawing specific settings that carry over to the next user that opens the drawing. And not just the user's preferences that they want to be saved.

Hey Todd, Thanks for the reply. I guess I posted in Substation, but should have posted this in MicroStation. Since my proposal to rename was really meant for all Bentley design applications. Because the tool description is misleading and is a misnomer in all Bentley applications. (If it performs the same functions in each of them as it does in MicroStation.)
Can it be renamed in MicroStation? (hence all the other apps as well)
Many Bentley design applications are built on top of MicroStation. We strive to create uniform user interfaces across all design applications. There are no functional differences between Save Settings in MicroStation compared to OpenUtilities Substation.
