We are facing an issue when the user tries to connect two wires using a wire link and both the wires are on different potential. In this case an Engineering Design Consideration dialog pops up to select the desired potential for the wire. Then in dialog the user has no option to cancel the action by either closing the dialog or hitting cancel button since both are not available.

Hence there should be an option so that user can use to cancel the action so that they do not have to reassign wire numbers to wires manually.
