When we have multiple pending changes and we want to refresh the project drawings with the changes we are require to check in every drawing that the refresh drawings command opens - this is very time consuming. Basically, the check in dialog appears for every page. if there a 50 pages that need updating - then the user has to select Check in 50 times. There should be a Check In All button on the ProjectWise Check in dialog when effecting multiple drawing files on ProjectWise commands. Plus - how does the Pending changes Refresh Project Drawings command handle situations where another user has the file already checked out?
The Batch Check should also work for the "Apply Page Properties Data" where the user might use the command on more than one page.
In a multi-user environment, multiple files can be checked out of ProjectWise from same project by different users. ProjectWise allows users to check in documents check out by them. Therefore, any new functionally related to Batch Check in will adhere to this limitation.
