Now text settings for most things are stored in Options >> Standards >> Text Setting, except Fields.

The idea is to make another configuration parameters for Fields, which are now stored in Settings >> Field settings. This will allow to make Fields text settings connected to Drawing Mode and to use Text Settings context menu for field's descriptions.
