Dezimalstellen der Spalte DIST in N_FS_OBJ_MULTILINE_KATALOG

Die Spalte DIST in der Tabelle N_FS_OBJ_MULTILINE_KATALOG sollte von "NUMBER(7,2)" auf "NUMBER(8,3)" erweitert werden. Grund: Beim Objekttyp UF-Leitungsabschnitt im GIS Bremen sind bei der Multilinie die Abstände "-0.001" und "0.001" definiert.
