In Microstation we have the ability to set the default settings of the Cloud by point/element tool to an arc radius of 5.
I've been advise through a service ticket that the cloud by element/points tool resets every time OUS is started. Therefore having to enter the arc radius every time you use it.
Can this please be looked into. It would be more efficient not having to enter the arc radius every time and a way to keep a standard across all drawings with all users just like other settings can be set (text, line styles etc)

Is there somewhere we can set the default (arc radius =5) in the managed workspace (eg, dgnlib file) so it doesn't reset back to 0 each drawing the user opens a new drawing?
Thank you for inquiry. As you mentioned, Cloud By points tool is available both MicroStation and OUS (OpenUtilities Substation) products. I verified that Cloud By points tool functions the same in both OUS and MicroStation. Since this is a common tool for many Bentley products, it’s best to maintain consistency across our applications when possible.
