Right now everytime that you are inserting an object or cable and you need to click into another function the Substation returns to the Insert Object/Cable window, then you need to close it to open a new tool. My idea is to stop opening this window and make possible to change tools without passing throught it.
The Pin button in upper right of dialog controls the behavior of the dialog after user places an object.
When icon is "Pinned"
dialog will reopen after placement.
When icon is "Un-pinned"
dialog will not reopen after placement.
